  Chad did an amazing job. Explained everything in detail, Professional and courteous. Very knowledgeable, informative, and pleasant to work with. I must say that we are very impressed that Chad traveled through the Helena storm that is coming through Kentucky this morning to help me design our bathroom. We are moving forward with Rebate and looking forward to see our new shower. I highly recommend Chad from ReBath to come to your home and design a beautiful bathroom for you just like he did for my wife and I.

  While I haven't had any work done yet, I've spoken to the office manager and a couple of other employees and they project an air of professionalism I didn't find in other companies.

  I’ve had several experiences with Kentuckiana Re-Bath over the last 15 years. They have always been professional, caring, and have done great work. Most importantly they are honest from start to finish. You know what you are buying and they stand behind their work.   In October of 2020 we had a small crack in our old shower that created a mold problem. We had to have the bathroom torn apart.
  We decided we wanted a shower that went all the way to the ceiling and was a solid piece. We made the mistake of hiring rebath. We were sold on it by the sales woman. The shower will be made of sturdy walls that are mold resistant all that stuff.
  The walls have not grown mold, however don't lean on them too hard as they did not frame the shower properly. This was after making us wait for 8 weeks for the specially molded walls they took measurement for. Come to find out from the installer the panels are all the same size at a warehouse they just pick them up when they are ready to do the install and cut them to fit at the location.
  They will not give you a bill that breaks down the charges whether it is for insurance or not.
  The caulking they put in going up the walls holds pretty well and tends to maintain its white color and not get mildew. However the caulk at the bottom mildews quickly no matter how much you clean it. We had not had the shower a year yet with more than weekly cleaning the caulk along the bottom of the shower mildewed horrible. I contacted them as the warranty covered it. I was told it would be replaced this time as a curtesy but it would be a minimum $100 charge to do it again and that I would need it yearly to avoid the mildew. I discussed my issues with them and was never given a good solution and after staring at the mildew stained caulk at the bottom of my shower that I had begun cleaning daily today I decided I need to let others know what they get for an $8000.00 shower. Shop more don't be a fool like I was.

  We spoke with Casey and are in the process of addressing his concerns to his satisfaction. For clarification, the wall systems are ordered based on the design and color that each client prefers. Once the walls are ordered they are cut to precise measurements onsite to guarantee the best result. Since there are hundreds of wall sizes, colors, and design options the vast majority of all wall systems are specially ordered to the client's specifications.

  The Rebath team did a wonderful job with my bathroom remodel. From the initial design with Jeremiah to the install with David & Noah. From start to finish it was a great experience. I would recommend Rebath to everyone.
