    HORRIBLE COMPANY…Had (2) bathrooms done @ Oct-Nov 2023. The warranty says 5-years and there is an issue already with the tub, it’s a 2nd bathroom and never used, I noticed the paint flaking off. I called to schedule an appointment, spoke with Toi, it was for Friday, June 21st @ 12-2. I called at 10:31AM EST to confirm my appointment, which I shouldn’t have to do, but I did anyway. There was no answer so I left a voice message, so again I called at 1:37PM and spoke with Toi, and she called the technician, he said I was on his way home and could he come by between 4-5PM EST, no show, no phone call. I called the sales rep Bobby A******* on his cell phone on the number given on his business card @ 5:30PM EST, no answer, so I send him a text to refund my money, if they do not refund my money I’ll take to Small Claims Court. If there was a way to upload pictures I would, but that’s not an option here. DO NOT do business with this company. Clint *******.
