    A mattress & box spring was purchased thru Bedzz To Go on Dixie Hwy. We already had to have the original mattress switched out due to manufacturer's error. Then once received, the mattress set is still unbearable to sleep in. Once my husband broke the mattress & box spring apart, we found no springs in the box spring but wooden slats & some were warped & broken in one place. Now I am stuck paying monthly to this & cannot use at all.

    to whom this may concern, I have not had any communication with this customer regarding any warranty issues (at least not on this recent concern) reading the complaint it appears we must have replaced the foundation in the past but haven't heard anything about the current foundation. I'm absolutely willing to replace the foundation in distress as the manufacturer warranties their product. What the pictures show is how these foundations are made and constructed and I see nothing out of the ordinary. All they have to do is contact me at the store level have their receipt available and we will get the foundation replaced, very simple process on my end. I will not refund money, for this is a manufacturing warranty that I will honor and I will be able to send back the foundation in distress.
