    I like Alani drinks in the morning, but the first (and last) time I ever ordered from their website was a terrible customer service experience.
    The ordering itself wasn't troublesome. The fact that the order was placed and I was immediately charged before shipping shouldn't be happening. Not even the actual complaint.
    The issue is, I placed an order to my old address accidentally since it auto populated. I sent an email immediately to have the situation rectified. They told me I had to contact the carrier when the order hadn't even been labelled yet.
    I don't know who it's shipping through, but they want me to tell the carrier? Very poor customer service if they can't even change a label. I will never order online again.

    If you have a complaint customer service won’t believe you without a picture. Two cans were missing, one was empty, and 9 were dented, plus the box was open inside the brown box. I got the package on a Friday and threw out the empty and badly dented cans. Customer service would not get back to me until Monday and they would NOT help me bc I didn’t have pictures. The drink is fine and should be bought from stores NOT from the Alani Nu site itself. After sending an open can you’d think they want to fix the problem but they don’t.

    I feel bad for the people who order from this company without knowing how genuinely terrible the “owners” of this company are (even though Congo Brands owns the company not Katy or Hayden). Hayden has a domestic violence criminal record, and spends all day every day whining about life and what other people do with their lives, along with conspiracy theories. They flash their wealth and then whine about “mah freedoms” online. Sorry, why would anyone want to support people like this??
    I was a big customer for a couple years, but they both became completely insufferable. Not to mention I was also scammed by their “customer appreciation sale” a while back where they conveniently left out the free item we were promised. I wasn’t even notified it wouldn’t be in my order, and when I contacted customer service, they said nothing could be done.
    They also pretend their energy drinks are so much better for you than any other brands when that’s not even close to true. They use crappy ingredients, and they know it.
    This whole brand is just a huge money grab for people who brag about their wealth and how is peasants are just lazy and know nothing about how the real world works. Barf.

    Do NOT waste one, red cent on this s******** company or their disgusting products!!! A few weeks ago, I ordered some Fruity Cereal protein powder from Alani Nu, and due to the overwhelmingly positive reviews for this product on their site, I didn’t hesitate to place my order. Why did I I do that? Fast-forward to a couple weeks later, I receive the protein, and it’s absolutely disgusting. It has a horrible after-taste, and tastes nothing like the “fruit cereal” it claims to emulate. However, that’s not even the worst part. Naturally, I assume that any time I order a product that I’m not happy with, I can simply return it for a refund; that’s how it tends to work with almost every business I’ve ever purchased from. Not so with Alani Nu. Not only do they not offer refunds at all, but they wouldn’t even offer me a store credit for the order I placed because I purchased it with a measly 10% discount code. Also, upon looking into their return policy more deeply, almost NONE of the products they sell are eligible for even a store credit. Now, I will concede that I should have read their return policy before I ordered; it was absolutely my fault for not looking. But it’s just good customer service and good business-practice to want to rectify any issues your customer may have with your product because that only insures that you’ll continue to get their business. But Alani Nu would rather take the unscrupulous route, and place good ol’ fashioned GREED over customer satisfaction. That said, I may not be able to get my money back, but I’ll sure try my hardest to make it VERY difficult for them to get any money from anyone else. Please take it from me and don’t order or purchase anything from them; it’s not worth it.

    I am literally dying right now  it's giving me cold tremors nausea ?? and there's nothing I can do about it. IT SHOULD COME AS A WARNING FOR OTHER PEOPLE.

    This company has charged my credit card 9 times for $165 in a 5 day span. Of course this is fraud, but for the company to allow this to happen is incredibly concerning.

    I received a Witches Brew energy drink from a friend. I loved it! I could only fine them online so I placed an order. Received the order less than a week later, exactly as described and also received a coupon for a future order. I used the coupon without issue and received my products less than a week later and they are delicious.

    They have yet to send me my order from November 2022 (its almost Feb 2023) They swapped one of my items due to it being out of stock and after being emailed after about 6 weeks they managed to ship that item to me, without the original, they told me I shouldn't bother them with shipping inquiries until it has been 90 days due to international ( the products never left the warehouse to begin with) After 90 days I reached out again advising I STILL hadn't received the product and it still hadn't left the warehouse on the shipping number provided. They then provided a new shipment and shipping number and again another 2 weeks has passed and it still hasn't left the warehouse.
    First of all their own website "International shipments can take up to 30-45 business days to be delivered" so they blatantly ignored/lied to my initial request, also it has to leave the business in order for the "shipping" to take this long which I can understand however they have yet to ship it, so I am going through my bank to get a refund/chargeback done.

    I really wish I would have read the reviews here before ordering direct from Alani Nu. Now, I am in the same boat as many others. I ordered on Jan 10. The original deliver date was for Jan 13, which should have been correct as I used to work at ***** and understand their process and how long it should take. I knew there was an issue when the tracking number said that my package still hadn’t been dropped off the next day so I contacted Alani Nu’s customer support. What a joke! They immediately blamed it on FedEx. I replied to their message and called them out on their lie but only got another bs answer. Finally, 6 days after I ordered, my order was dropped off to FedEx. I didn’t receive a true explanation from Alani Nu but the fact that they are so quick to LIE to their paying customers makes me think, “what else are they lying about?”. I will never be purchasing Alani Nu again!!! They have completely lost my trust, therefore, my business forever! They showed just how much they care about their customers. I’ll be spending my money elsewhere.

    I placed my order on October 18th on the tracking information that was provided it just kept saying shipping label created n didn’t move for 2 weeks I reached out to them befor the 2 week mark n they told there’s nothing they can do to contact back on the 2 week mark.reached out again by the end of week 2 n they said they dnt kno what happen n was lost in transit they offered me a refund n I didn’t want one I wanted the product I purchased they gave me a 30 dollar code off for next purchase asked if I can get a rush on it due to Im going on vacation and don’t kno when they wld send it out didn’t get a respond on that part. They recreated the label sent me a tracking code n it still says it’s waiting to be received n the label was created but not shipped that was on the 3rd no update since it was created on the 3rd n no movement reached back out thru the email they gave me a u need to reach back out on the 2 week mark I said I’m going on vacation n getting worried I won’t be here whenever they decide to send it n just got contact back in 2 weeks no looking further into it. Their customer service needs serious help n I’m reading a lot of people r having the same issues their product is good but not the service I just wanted the product I paid for !
