    I paid for Blinds never received.
    They said 4-6 weeks
    I tired repeatedly to contact them. When they finall called mid Jan they said they were in "Production". I said cancel order - They said "no".
    I have no word from them. No Blinds Fraud

      This complaint involves a client who ordered blinds from us. She paid by taking a short-term loan. We require a 70% deposit at the time of a quote, then allow 72-hours to cancel the quote. If the cancellation is not received, we order custom blinds, based upon the specific windows measured. We inform prior to all sales, of the ability to cancel within the 72-hour window ... then all sales become final. No refunds after the 72-hour period, as we have ordered / paid for products that will be installed in 4-6 weeks.

     

    The complaint was filed well after the blinds had been installed. The client was unhappy with us, as she requested a refund, when her loan became due before the blinds were installed. She was informed refund was not possible. She was unhappy she could not cancel her order 4-weeks after signing her sales quote, despite the expressed review all sales are final after 72-hours. We installed the blinds she ordered, and she appeared happy with the blinds. The blinds were installed, with her satisfaction, 12/6/2023. 

    We inform clients they can re-order new blinds, if they are not happy with the blinds they signed a quote to order; yet, there is an additional fee for “buyer’s remorse” purchases.

    We believe this is what this is all about. Likely, she decided to cancel, when her loan payment was due. She expressed her frustration to us in very vocal terms, and indicated she would file a complaint with the BBB, as we would not allow her to cancel her order.
