    Sent my wife to Shanes to have tint removed from back passenger window because it had a hole in it, and also to tint front 2 windows. Although Shane told her he could get her in and out quick as she would be waiting on site in the rain he did not prioritze her as she was told. I took off work to come sit with her in the parking lot in my truck as she waited. It took Shane almost 3 hours to complete the service while the entire time it almost seemed he was having a small get together in the shop. When my wife finally got her vehicle back the window that had the hole contained a new hole in which Shane was really pushy in that he couldnt fix it. He never advised this before the service, and was a shock because we could had keept the previous hole instead of paying for a new hole. Amazingly enough after driving around town her van seems to be the only one in the city with this hole in the tent. After my wife showing me the problem I returned to Shanes shop with the van, besides I had been using his service for years I felt Shane would make it right. When I arived there and explained the issue Shane was loud and very pushy that the tint was the way it should be. I requested the refund of $79 for the window and Shane got upset and ripped the tint off the window. I explained to Shane that it was possible to install the tint correctly then Shane replied "well, if you want to remove the door panel then ill tint the window right!" I then and there just left and didnt even let Shane remove the glue all over the window that my 3 year old looks out..... I am VERY disapointed
