    On 4/15/24 ** **** and two assistants stripped & waxed our tile hallway in addition to clean the basement steps. After they left I noticed that that black tiles were cloudy, there were swirls in the tile and dirt in wax coat. I called ** **** and voiced my concerns and he agreed to return on April 19. He agreeded that the job needed to be redone. He gave me a date of returning on April 24 whch was changed to April 29. He was a no show and later texted me that he in the hosptial and would call me when he got out. He did not call but after I finally reached him he set a date of returning on May 14th. When I called him to confirm this appointment on Monday , May 13 was met with anger and reported he was going to refund my money and hung up. I have been unsuccessful reaching him by text or calling since that time. My daughter called for me using her telephone and upon telling him why she was calling only said, "Am I supposed to be afraid" and hung up and blocked her number too.
