      Friday August 18th I went to local Wendys and went to walk in, they had the doors LOCKED at 6:30PM and a trash can with an wet floor sign on top of it in front of the door blocking it from being opened. Then they ignored everyone at the door, and sat in the drive thru waiting for my order to just be taken for over 30 minutes. I would have left but my kiddo really wanted Wendys so I stayed, and after paying 15$ and waiting nearly an hour in the line I finally got to get home. Not only is it disgusting to drag your filthy trash can to put in the way of your glass door, but adding your wet floor sign on top was even more disgusting. Why are the doors locked at 6:30 on an Friday night anyway? I also noticed your employees hiding behind the building, and your line was wrapped all the way around the building, and these kids were not taking orders, they were hiding behind your freezer outside. Roll back the cameras and watch. Maybe you can see what they were doing besides working on your dime. I even messaged the Facebook account, and to no surprise. I got no reply but they are still posting on Facebook.

      I ordered food through the wendys website on December 19th. I was supposed to receive my food within a time frame. It went well beyond a hour past time so I simply requested my order got canceled because this was during breakfast time and with it being past it when I never received my food I knew it would be cold. I was told my order was canceled and I would receive a refund. I was charged $19.82 for a order I never received after calling their headquarters several times and being told it would be resolved and refunded I have still yet to receive my refund.

      On 7/15/22 I placed an order through the Wendys app for a pick up at the ***************** location. When I got to the location the store was closed. It was only 6:30PM EST and a Friday night. Within the next few days I noticed that the amount of 34.28 was deducted from my bank account for that purchase of food which I never received. I flied a claim with Wendys after waiting 45minutes for a customer service rep to come on the line. Anytime I call to try to find out what the status is on the complaint I spend a minimum of 40 minutes on hold and no one answers. I have emailed them and they continue to say they will have it expedited. I still do not have a resolution. I reported them to my bank and they are trying to get a response from them and there is no resolution to that. I tried calling the store several times and they are never open when I call. The Case number of the complaint I filed was ******** with a girl named *****.
