    Derby City gaming and hotel, The rooms are so beautiful and relaxing. However that is until my room keys were locked. This is because my niece and under age daughter went to front desk to the gentleman they were looking for their Aunt and gave my name without any verification of I'd. The clerk made two new keys for them.
    I contacted them immediately and also have called, sent numerous of emails to Manager but no one has responded.
    I have not stayed since this. It was very inconvenient and not trustworthy place to stay. Anyone can get your room key

    8/6/2024 - senior Tuesday, earn 25 points, get $10 free slot play. When we, my father and I, went to redeem, there was an issue with their systems. We went to player services along with many others. All the one guy working told us was that the issue was being worked on. We come from 40 minutes away for this weekly. We spend a lot to get the free play. Plus I had a lot more in free play I could not use. Very disappointed. We weren’t just going to sit around and wait for an unknown amount of time. Customer service was non existent. I’ve been a big fan but no more.
    And historical horse race machines are not random number generators like real slot machines. Going to head back to Caesers.

    Derby City Gaming has poor customer service. It appears the business may be prejudiced. I called over 3 times to get an answer to simple questions such as cost and available services. This leads me to believe that the business does not have standard fees that all employees can communicate.
    On my last call, I expressed that I did not get all my questions answered and the hotel representative stated I could go to another hotel. Some of the information was not truthful and I have since checked out the lies communicated to discourage usage of their hotel. I do not want to stay at a hotel that discriminates, lies, or is unfair to customers.

    Terrible experience. Caesar's is only 15 minutes away. Always have a great time there.
