    They are going against my contract, and I'm a disabled senior citizen and they are now trying to gouge me for more money and my life insurance money

    I have reported this business to the bureau because what took place on October 9, 2024 was an awful start to my grandpa‘s funeral. Me and my family have taken care of a man for 18 years and our skin colors is not the same but he Was not actively involved with his family so we were the ones who planned everything and we were told that we could come at 3 PM and set up well when we got there we were rudely greeted by a woman at the front desk. Very nasty to us and telling us we weren’t family and then the Director of the funeral home name REN put his finger and my mom‘s face and had no control over his emotions and threaten to call the cops on me to not use this funeral home it ruined the start of our day and raised our emotions. This was a very very hard death for us as any death is this is how we were treated. I’m not saying I was wrong, but I was wrong for how I responded it doesn’t matter because when you lose somebody, this is not how you should be treated Way.
