    Busy Bee Academy lied to us, spoke to us with disrespect and in a condescending way, and promised to refund our application deposit money, which they have neglected to do for over a year now.
    The specifics: We contacted Busy Bee in February 2022, and spoke with Ashley, who assured us that we were doing the “right thing” by contacting them in February for our January 2023 daycare request, and we were told that there would be no problem with securing our spot with that amount of notice. We immediately sent in our application, and paid the deposit as soon as we received the link to pay it from Busy Bee.
    However, when our baby was born in July 2022, we contacted Ashley (the same person we talked to in February) to confirm our start month of January 2023. She rudely explained that we were not on the enrollment list for the January start date, that they did not have our application or money. Ashley spoke to us with disrespect, condescension, and was patronizing. We followed up with proof of our application and $100 deposit. Even after providing proof, Busy Bee did nothing to resolve the situation, but agreed in writing to refund our deposit, Here we are, a year later and we have yet to receive our deposit. At this point, they have stop responded to us.
    If this is how they handle respectful adults, I can not imagine how they would treat our child.
    We are counting this as a blessing that we did not send our daughter here!
