      Just like many others on their ****** ******* page, I would give zero stars if I could. Terrible customer service amongst just about everyone that works there. If you’re lucky and get a kid working (yeah I said lucky) you might actually be treated with an ounce of decency. The main lady (I assume owner or pretty high up) is incredibly rude, I’ve been in several times when she’s outright arguing loudly with customers, and then once they get fed up with her and leave, she and her cronies sit up front and talk about customers, calling names, cursing them, whatever, while the store is still filled with buying customers (AND THEIR CHILDREN MIND YOU)
      This store is so unprofessional. One day you go and the policy is this, so you come back the next day with full intent on following the set out rules, but suddenly they’ve now changed again, so that they basically never have to go through any of your stuff.
      I’d really enjoy being able to sell and shop here again, but those ladies have just made me so uncomfortable and riddled with anxiety I just don’t know if I can continue to put up with their antics for a couple bucks here and there.
      If the recording had better audio (I was too nervous to blatantly record them) I’d probably have left that somewhere public because it was cruel the way they were in there talking about a guy that had just turned his back and walked out on them. Not even there to defend himself all while there were other customers present and it just wracks my nerves to think they probably do this all day to just about everyone.
      I don’t particularly want/need a response from them, I’ve seen how they take criticism and I don’t really have the energy to listen to them talk out their rear defending themselves when they know they’re wrong and several others can back that up.
