    We had work done this past fall, and I am happy to report that we had a great winter season with our chimney/fireplace. He explained the process for the work he was completing and took pictures to show us while he explained what work he was proposing to do. He also took pictures afterward to show us the completed work. He animal proofed the top cover and sealed the whole top chimney structure above the roof so that the work would last a really, really long time. He did a thorough check of the inside as well. The cost was very reasonable and affordable (especially considering he basically had to rebuild the top structure because it was crumbling). He is truly skilled in chimney work. If you are looking for someone who truly knows chimneys, this is your guy.

    I USED AAA AMERICAN CHIMNEY SWEEPS TO REPAIR MY CHIMNEY INSIDE AND OUT DUE TO SQUIRRELS IN MY CHIMNEY. THE SQUIRREL ACTUALLY RAN THROUGH MY HOUSE AS I WAS TALKING TO DALLAS, WHO IS THE OWNER. HE AND HIS CO-WORKER, JEREMY, DID A FANTASTIC JOB REPAIRING MY CHIMNEY AND IT LOOKS GREAT. THEY WERE ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THEY WERE ALSO VERY FRIENDLY AND NICE TO MY YOUNG GRANDSONS!

    After a recent rainstorm, I had significant water damage to the walls/ceiling on my 1st & 2nd floors as well as the walls/ceiling of my garage. I remembered using Dallas with AAA American Chimney Sweeps in the past, so I called at the end of the day on Friday & he told me he’d be able to come out Monday morning. On Sunday morning, after a rainy night, the open sections of walls & ceilings running along my chimney were leaking. Although it was the weekend, I called Dallas thinking maybe he could make an emergency call. He answered the 1st time I called & was willing to immediately come out but, unfortunately, it was still raining which would make it extremely dangerous for him to be on the roof. The fact that he even answered his phone on a Sunday & would’ve been willing to come out shows the care he provides for his customers. He came out early Monday morning & spent 3 hours meticulously inspecting my chimney & roof, taking pictures so that I could see exactly what he was talking about when describing the issues to me. He provided me with so much detail so that I understood the issues & what exactly needed fixing. I never felt that I was being misled or sold on some fix that I didn’t truly need. Dallas’ extensive knowledge & experience are what set him apart from others. He inspected my severe water damage by tracing backwards to determine 2 places where the water was leaking on the corner of the chimney at the gutter line. Not only did he repair these leaks, he also sealed all 3 upsides where the shingles meet the flashing & used a rubberized silicone that'd last forever. Thanks to Dallas, I don’t have to worry about where the water is coming from or if it’s going to happen again. I'll be using Dallas for any future work I may need. However, due to his thorough & meticulous work, I’m sure it’ll be a very long time before I require his services again! I'll be recommending Dallas and AAA American Chimney Sweeps to anyone having issues with their chimney!
