2 starsI just ordered an 8 pack sampler and was charged for shipping 2x. I have emailed and also called customer support (phone disconnected). Are you still in business and if so how do I get the status of the order and also correct the shipping amount?

This company has extremely poor communication and charges you for your order 2 weeks before shipping it. I placed an order April 1, 2024, was charged in full on April 3, 2024, and my order was not shipped until today, April 17, 2024. It is yet to be seen how long my order will take to arrive. There was no communication from Weldon Flavorings to me to inform of this extreme delay in shipping my order and no clear way for me to communicate my questions or concerns with them. I will not be ordering from this company ever again. Very poor business practices.

As a result, a handful of orders came through as only the items ordered, and without the customer’s shipping or contact information, which is why we were unable to contact you regarding the status of your order while we searched for a way to identify the affected customers. All technical issues have since been resolved.
