      I went to Smoketown Tech on 04/15/22. I had dropped my laptop and it was damaged on the side. **** told me that it was no problem to fix and would have it ready by 04/20/22 the next week. Two weeks passed by and I asked when the laptop would be ready. **** would be unavailable for the next week and not return any calls. When he finally did respond he stated that he had to order parts for it and wouldn't be too much longer. He would not give any updates and I would continue to have problems contacting him and his store would be closed. I tried picking up my laptop on several occasions and he would make an excuse that the clue wasn't dry yet etc. I sent ** ******* today, 06/07/22, approximately 2 months after I initially dropped it off only to find that he didn't even fix it. ** ******* had to wait 3 hours for him to "jerry rig" the computer. I have attached pictures below. **** drilled holes in my laptop. He didn't even ask if that was ok to do. The laptop is does not open and close properly and is completely broken. the holes were drilled on both sides of the laptop. On top of that, he charged me an extra $100 to change a screen that was working perfectly fine. He claims that he "misunderstood" and will refund my money. I'm still waiting for that. I would have happily taken is some where else or sent it to the manufacturer to have it fixed.
