    When I took my iPad to get the screen replaced, I was told he could fix it. I saw on the website that he supposed to fix screens. When I picked it up for him the screen was not fixed properly, he put the wrong screen on and damaged my home button and told me he downloaded it on my iPad. I told him that it was not fixed and he said he would work on it again. I let him work on it again and he gave it back to me not turned on. So I took it to ubreak I fix and they printed a report from a diagnostic and said he damaged the heart of the iPad so it won’t work anymore. I went back to Apple mart to tell him he damnaged it and he got aggressive and said he wasn’t gonna pay for the damages he done. He yelled at me and made me nervous. So I drove off in my car.

    Customer bought an ipad for repair. The customer just gave complaint about the Screen and we worked  on this issue by replacing the screen and found that there was an issue with the mother board too.

    We almost worked for 4 hours but the issue was not resolved.   Service Charge was not collected from the customer, eventhough the screen was replaced. She was frustrated since her  ipad was not working.

    We offered a new ipad worth of $200 and she disagreed too/

    The customer came to the store back, we provided an offer to pick an iPad but the customer has rejected the offer.

    The offer was rejected and she is not ready to accept anything. so we do not want to provide any other offers to the customer since this is second time.

    We tried our best  to convince the customer.

    I am rejecting this response because: the owner never offered anything the first time until I came to the bbb about the situation so and he didn’t have equal value to what I paid for and I don’t want a rebuild iPad when my previous iPad was new .
