This company does not perform what they advertise and what they speak on the phone about. It was very fraudulent to me.
I feel my neighbors have tapped into my electrical lines as the county inspector said power breakers were going out of my house w power.
I spoke with ***** extensively telling him how imperative this is that I have proof to see if there are electric lines going underground from my breaker box or if they aren’t underground . I needed to know where my water lines were , also,
***** assured me that any lines underground they would locate. Any line , cable , wire , conduit buried even 10 ft down and even in concrete.
I had him explain the mapping gps and I let him know , this was the most important reason I chose his company , because the mapping of the gps of my property afterwards would be my proof of whether the electric lines are underneath the ground or not and I would
Know where my utilities are located and I will use it for court.
When they arrived , within 10 minutes they were saying they aren’t seeing anything but they only were hooked to my breakers and when I showed them certain spots that I thought it could be a possibility the other guy said he couldn’t get their machine over the hill to those spots. I asked them to locate my sewer line and we walked underneath my deck but he did not take any machine . They did not scan my whole property as stated, There are two electrical lines I see coming from the ground to the pole and I will attach a picture and they said they were none,
They left my house saying we didn’t find anything at all. They never had me sign a paper, no other utilities marked , They never gave me receipt nor mapping showing no lines were found . They just took my money.
My mom called to ask for my receipt and mapping of the gps and why they didn’t mark my other utilities. ***** said she only wanted electric and she didn’t have any “ and hung up and blocked her.

    Business Response

***** believed her neighbor was stealing electricity. We did
a power sweep around the home. Then we clipped onto every electrical line and
charged them with frequency. We did multiple sweeps around the home which
revealed none of them exited. Next we used GPR. We scanned the road, front
yard, and side yard. It revealed nothing except water to the meter. We
spent 2.5 hours performing this service (not 10 minutes). Nothing was revealed.
We discussed findings with ***** and she expressed she understood we had done
everything possible. Two days later a woman (mother) called and began
screaming at me immediately. I tried extensively to calm her down so we could discuss
what happened but she would not allow me to speak. After several minutes, I
attempted (over her screaming) to inform her that I was no longer going to
speak with her about this because she was not our client, nor part of any of
the calls prior to the job, nor was she present at the job. Upon ending the
call, she continued to call the company line which forced me to block the
number. I did not block the client’s number, only her mother. Doing a full
utility locate was never discussed. The scope was to locate electric lines
leaving the home. A map was discussed in the context that any private lines
would be provided on a map to submit. There was no electric located to be put
on a map. Checking the septic system was mentioned and she was informed that we
could check it but the cost would increase. On site, I told her that because of
the layout, the only way I could tell if her neighbor was tied into Septic
would be through his cleanout. I informed her I could not do this because it
was not on her property. She was not charged for checking the septic. *****
was made aware we found no electric leaving her home and that there would not
be a GPS map because of this. She paid us upon completion and we left. She
never requested a receipt. The photo of the "two electrical lines” are
    grounding wires, not electrical.
