    Craftsmanship is horrible. Didn’t complete work that was paid for. Refuses to complete work; never show up on time. Seeking partial refund for work we have to pay someone else to complete and part that were done that need to be corrected. Owner hangs up phone and refuses to communicate toward resolution.

    This was an un-contracted client. Work was performed to their original specifications. They (the client) themselves demanded ******* return the crown molding and instructed us to hang as desired. Through several attempts to resolve, could not please client with resolution as they wanted more and more free work. The entire process was brutal as they time and again had missing parts and wanted additional work at 0 cost. They went against every single recommendation made. Followed up with ******* regarding this matter and have made a determination of being non resolutionable
