    April 1st iwent to withdraw 160.00 from their ATM and the ATM only gave me 145.00 we argued so he gave me 3 beers and a pack of cigarettes and sent me on my way.******* way to treat you customers. I want my money!!!

    Hi ****** thanks for reaching out to us about the dissatisfaction of our customer. I am very much aware of ** ****** and the issue that took place. For ** ****** satisfaction, he was made aware by myself first and second by the technician who take care of all the ATM transactions. He was told that the time he came to the store at 3:30 am in the morning on April 1st. We saw the cctv footage where he was intoxicated and was successful in pulling the cash from atm. Then 2nd day he came through for sake his anger and frustration he was creating drama at the store where eventually he said to us he only need a can of beer and he would settle his anger that way, otherwise threatened us to be even more dramatic or harm the store in some way. It didn’t just stop there he kept coming for next few days bothering different cashiers on shifts and kept negotiating for beer and cigarettes. We believe that we have been acting fair at our end in assisting the customer but would like to hear what you have say after hearing our side. Thank you.
