    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Marathon, located at 1001 Breckenridge Lane, Louisville KY 40207, for the consistently unprofessional and unethical practices I have encountered during my visits. I believe the business is engaging in unfair and improper conduct, and I seek your assistance in addressing these issues.

    Over several visits to this business, I have faced rude and disrespectful service from the staff, which I found to be both inappropriate and unprofessional. Additionally, I have been charged more than what was initially stated, and hidden fees have been added at checkout without clear disclosure.

    This pattern of behavior, including overcharging, unexpected fees, and unprofessional conduct, is deeply concerning. As this is the only store within a 15-minute radius of my location, I am unfortunately left with no alternative but to continue visiting it for my needs. However, the ongoing issues have significantly impacted my experience and trust in the business.

    I have attempted to resolve these issues directly with the business, but to no avail. As a consumer, I believe I am entitled to fair treatment, transparency in pricing, and professionalism.

    I request that the BBB investigate this matter and assist in ensuring that Marathon is held accountable for their actions. I also hope to receive guidance on how I can best proceed with ensuring these issues are addressed.
