  Signature Green is a developer/home builder. They developed the neighborhood I am in (****** ***).
  The area adjoining my property and bordering neighbors is owned by them, it is wooded property.
  Signature Green is aware that they have dangerous dead trees (that have not yet fallen) on property. They have been negligent in maintaining the property creating a safety and property damage risk for neighboring property and anyone playing/walking/cutting grass etc near their property.
  On or about 3/3/2023:
  Two dead trees on their property fell, striking a third live tree with all three falling on my property. Those trees damaged my fencing (1,354 to fix via raatz fence). Damaged 3 sprinkler system heads and tree cut up and removal ($2,700 from LimbWalkers,Llc).
  1. I reached out to **** **** and *** ********** with Signature Green 3/6/2023. They (*** *********** * replied quickly they would send someone out to look at damage.
  2. I continued inquiries to get status, but no response. I have called their offices and left message, no response. I did get an email from Ann 3/17 saying she would reply when she heard something from insurance saying “as soon as I do, I will contact you”. No return contact despite repeated emails requesting status and what signature green would do to address their negligence caused to my property.
  3. I called again today: 5/19/2023, *** ********* answered the phone. I inquired about the damage to my property. She told me insurance denied their claim and they would not help address the damage from their negligence. She said the insurance company was supposed to mail me a letter. They didn’t.
  4. I inquired if signature green was going to cut down any of the other dead trees that pose an ongoing risk to me and my neighbors (I have asked for that in previous correspondence. She’d said they were but No follow through.
  
  I am seeking repair of my fencing, sprinkler heads and compensation for the removal of the trees. Additionally I am asking the developer to remove additional dead trees that pose a safety and property damage risk to my property as well as neighboring properties.
