    Took almost 40,000.in cash from me in December of2024 THEY CANCELED MY APP and have lied and gas lited me to the point of insanity & REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY MONEY

    We feel that the patient's complaint is unwarranted due to the following facts.  Patient was scheduled for surgical treatment in our office on January 6, 2025. We had to cancel patient due to inclement weather. When patient was contacted to reschedule, she stated that she felt like it was a "sign from God" to not follow through with treatment.  Patient requested refund.  Refund process goes through our corporate office and can take several weeks to process.  Patient was refunded all but $1000.00 for lab work that had been completed prior to surgery date to prepare for her surgery. Patient signed Treatment Proposal stating that if she changed her mind after accepting, signing and starting treatment, she would be charged a $1000.00 lab fee.  If you would like a copy of this treatment proposal, we will be happy to furnish it to you. Refund was processed on March 28, 2025, printed and mailed on April 7, 2025, and per USPS, delivered April 8, 2025. I have tried to leave messages on patient's voice mail and sent text message to confirm receipt of check. Patient has not responded to missed call or text message.
