      I scheduled a apt months ago Im suffering from wisdom teeth pain. Scheduled everything was good but today 5 days before my apt texted me saying they need to reschedule so i called and they told me they had a scheduling error and would have to reschedule to May. Why should I have to suffer for your mistake and she was like nothing i can do with attitude. I asked for a manager and she said she can have one call me back but there's nothing she can do. Do not go there they do not care

      I was blatantly ignored and discriminated by the staff on 1430 Poplar Level Road. Dr. ***** wasted an entire year of my life performing a dental implant that was unsuccessful. He blatantly ignored my concerns about trauma, PTSD, and anxiety. He removed my fractured tooth with a chisel and hammer for his own benefit. I would not recommend this location or dentist to anyone on this earth. I called customer service and requested to speak with the regional manager and my call has yet to be returned. I was discriminated against more than once by multiple staff members.
