      I waited 1 month to see Dr. D******s and at arrival I was told that my appointment had been canceled on their automatic text reply..but the problem is that I had not canceled this appointment nor received a text alert from the office to confirm my anticipated appointment. It’s disappointing to that Dr. D******* still refused to see me or work me in after I showed the receptionist that I had not received a text message from their system, and drove from out of town and taken off from work to attend this appointment. A Great Disappointment that a professional would not honor their obligation to their patient after it was evident that it was a mistake on their behalf.
