      I submitted a rebate multiple times for a $3.00 offer on the purchase of a 1.75 l bottle of Christian Brothers brandy (Offer code 20241) and was rejected all three times even though I submitted all required documents. The submission number is ***************.
      The rejection cards I've received do not clearly state what was lacking in my submittal.
      I have submitted 100's of rebates in the past and have had no issues until this recent submittal.
      I am not going to submit it again for the 4th time only to be told that it was rejected again.
      I have been a good customer and have purchased many bottles of Christian Brothers brandy, but am going to move on and not purchase any more of this product.

      Heaven Hill Distilleries,
      Inc. is in receipt of your letters regarding a consumer complaint filed by *******
      ******* in relation to a rebate for Christian Brothers Brandy, wherein the
      submission address was printed incorrectly on the rebate form. Please be
      advised that our records indicate the issue has since been resolved.
      In lieu of submitting the
      rebate by mail, consumers also have the option to redeem the rebate online, the
      site and QR code which are listed on the rebate tear-off. In addition, for
      support purposes, consumers may speak with a support representative by phone by
      calling 877-322-8355, the number listed on the rebate tear-off, or by utilizing
      the online support option that is accessible on the rebate as well.
      While Heaven Hill is not
      aware of any functional issue that would have prohibited the consumer from
      submitting the rebate for processing online, and additionally feels that
      adequate support options were offered for the resolution of submission issues,
      upon receipt of this complaint and as a courtesy to our valued customer, we
      have nonetheless issued the rebate to the customer in the amount of $3.00 on
      May 6, 2025 (check no. *******).
      We have attached the following documentation:

      Purchased Bottle of Even Williams Black Label Bourbon. Its taste was concerning and released pressure when opened. 2 other bottles released pressure from same lot shown on bottles. Other bottles did not have the bad vapor taste. They still hissed when opened. I contacted Evan Williams which was a hassle. They do not seem to have a customer service number that can resolve a issue. Customer relations person ******** ask for the cork Bottle did not have a cork it uses a screw cap.... Then ask for pictures of bottle. Wanted the contents of the bottle. I sent pictures of bottles date place purchased .I ask her to test batch lot. Months of off on contact never resolved or answered questions. Left messages never contacted back. Out right lied to about a call back which I never received. Horrible customer service. Last response from ******** was to send my contact information for a refund. This never happened. Told 2025 months later batch tested ok. I am not new to their products. I have purchased there products for years. I still do. I never complained to them before. Lack of communication and respect over complaint of a inferior product has opened my eyes what they think and feel of their customers. Giving Evan Williams the benefit of doubt. Maybe the problem is lack of communication with the company to handle legitimate. complaints.
