Very unprofessional organization, bottom line focused.

I Needed help, turned to this company for that help. Wound up with a bigger problem than what I had started off with. Psychiatrist turnover is unreal. Office manager fired 90% of the on duty staff right on the spot and in front of patients.

Cody, I am very sorry you had a bad experience. Our goal is to always go out of our way to help patients in any way possible. It is always painful to staff and patients when downsizing and layoffs are necessary to stay open and continue serving our community. Financial gain has never been our mission. In fact, just the opposite. Our Campbellsville location was built in honor of my sister. That is our hometown and where she passed away from this illness. I am committed to helping every individual that I can. Some things are out of my control such as the availability of psych providers and inability to pay staff due to insurance cuts. Sadly, our state is only graduating approximately 30 psychiatrists each year compared to @ 500 physicians in other fields of specialty. I am happy to get on the phone and try diligently to find you a referral to psych. Please reach out because anyone having a bad experience due to something we have control of is heartbreaking and unacceptable. You can email me personally at [email protected] to discuss this occurrence. God Bless!
