    I had a dumpster delivered and due to them not being able to contact us before the delivery time after we already discussed placement of the dumpster the dumpster was placed in the street where we are guaranteed to get a fine. The dumpster was delivered earlier than scheduled not leaving time for anyone to get there. When I discussed it with the woman who answered the phone she stated that she would charge me an extra $50 for them to come and put it in the yard. She stated that she was the only one that knew there would be a fine for parking the dumpster on the street and that the driver had no knowledge. When asked for a refund she stated that I could not get a refund even if I do not use the dumpster. Poor customer service, no accountability and knowingly placing a dumpster in an illegal zone when there was clearly space in the yard to place the dumpster.
