      I found BMS customer service to be horrible. I was hung up on because I told the rep. that she was incorrect about something. Will not use the company next year and have advised HR of issues so that we can hopefully use a different company for the next calendar year.

      BMS takes pride in providing quality customer service to our clients and their employees. BMS Management has discussed this situation with the Employer of Jeri Simmons and confirmed their internal processes for informing the employees of the IRS rules and regulations of use of an FSA. Our documentation of the exchanges with this individual are much different than what was articulated here, sparking the participant to go to the extreme of putting a bad review of BMS. By signing her participation form and activating card usage, the participant acknowledges their responsibility for use of the Accounts. We hope going forward that use of the BMS website by the participant to notify them of account requirements will be used to make sure their experience with the FSA is much better than they have detailed.

      BMS LLC. has horrible customer service. I would rate it 0 stars, if possible. As a former Human Resources professional, I would never want any employees to be subjected to the utter lack of support. The function of this company is highly dependent upon their online processing system but if you have issues, you are on your own. Unfortunately, we will have to finish the year with our Flexible Spending Account administered by BMS LLC. but the tax benefit is not worth not being able to access your funds and claims processing.

      Hello,
      BMS Management spoke to the Employer of Mrs. M******* spouse to discuss this complaint in detail. Regardless of what this disgruntled spouse of an employee who is enrolled in BMS services indicates in her comments, we provide excellent service to our thousands of clients with over 27 years in business. We have provided 17+ years of service to Mr. M******' Employer with not ONE issue! Our Team had several unpleasant exchanges with this person who refused to listen to our representatives who were trying to help her get logged into our very easy online system. For someone who indicates she has HR experience, we find this review to be quite off-putting and somewhat slanderous. From her last email dated 3/22/23 at 3:27 p.m., she was thankful for our assistance and indicated such in writing. However, she still elected to go this route.
      BMS was in contact with her spouse's employer to discuss our concerns with these remarks and to solidify our point that all participants were provided very detailed information at implementation and to express with the Employer contacts that these types of comment are most unwelcome. Her email exchange with our staff and discussions held via phone where shared in detail. We show no less than 5 attempts from our staff to help her while we have record of her berating our staff repeatedly. Ms. M******' eventually sent an email into our office, received her login reset in writing, and she was able to successfully login. Again, very easy process that she took to an entirely different level. The HR Team at her Husband's Employer was very clear that they have always indicated to staff to come to them for assistance as BMS was always very responsive and helpful when they needed to provide id to their employees.
      Bottom line, BMS Management is very protective of our Team Members who work hard and will not tolerate this type of behavior from any person. Her complaint is 100% unfounded and frankly ridiculous.
