1 starHorrible experience. First of all, they advertised a sale price but did not honor that. I asked for a color and was told "that wouldn't look right" on me and ended up with a hideous color. I called to cancel my follow up because my lips got infected and really bad sores, but they refused and quickly charged my credit card for the follow up appointment (which I never went to). The owner posted my personal information after I made a comment. Buyer Beware!Review fromLori S

Terrible outcome! Definitely not the same service or competence that I received in 2018. I agree with another complaint on here, she uses cheap ink. I now have to have laser because I'm incredibly uneven and she wasn't willing to try to fix the problem. Also, she'll share SOME of your previous convos but NOT ALL. Only enough to make you look bad! There's a reason her ratings are declining. People aren't buying her BS anymore. The Brow Babes

Page 21 For everyone entertained by this drama, here’s the PDF that includes everything dating back to 2018. Fun fact: in October 2018, her brows healed lighter because she was slathering them with anti-aging products from a company she worked for (filled with chemicals that fade tattoos). She waited 7 years to come back—September 2024—expecting me to fix gray, ashy brows that she neglected for almost a decade. Let’s address the real issue: the ashy brows. Ashy brows happen for three reasons: Improper depth Crappy ink Products used on the brows For the record: Issues #1 and #2 haven’t been a problem here in six years. That leaves #3: soaps, moisturizers, and foundations containing chemicals that pull warmth from tattoos. If your friend has ashy brows, she should check her products, because once you leave my office, I can’t control what you do—or how your body heals. Pages 30-40 I was upfront from the start: you needed removal and a correction. I’m not a miracle worker. You waited 7 years to come back, expecting a quick fix for gray, ashy brows—one nearly gone and the other with dark gray tails. I explained we’d have to play catch-up because of the uneven fading. Oh, and the pricing drama? Classic. You griped about a $292 color boost because you paid $300 five years ago. Imagine arguing about current pricing while expecting a deeper discount for something you neglected for 7 years. ?? Pages 25-28 Also, if you flip through the PDF, you’ll see one brow has ALWAYS been lighter than the other—and I mean from day one. I’ve tried explaining to you that it’s because one brow is bald and the other isn’t. I understand reading is hard, but it’s also fundamental. Thinking I can magically change that? Cray talk. Receipts don’t lie: (Page 46) “Client keeps griping about price. Cancelled her appointment.” “Client no-showed.” “Client upset because she doesn’t feel she should have to pay current pricing.” Four different staff members, same story. Recently, I told you we’re not a good fit and ended our professional relationship. That decision stands. Pages 41-42 Let’s not forget how you overstepped boundaries by commenting on all of my photos in a creepy, obsessive way and repeatedly calling my personal Facebook. When I didn’t answer, you said, “I get it—I’m beneath you now,” followed by, “I wish you’d talk to me, I’m only asking for a minute of your time.” You begged me to take you back and even apologized for being rude to me on social media, only to turn around and do the same thing again over $100. Also, how creepy are you to go to my birthday post and post your negative review while saying, “Oh, happy birthday.” It’s giving “I didn’t take my meds, and I’m in a bipolar episode.” Hopefully, everyone reading this sees how unhinged you are. Honestly, I’m thrilled we’re done. Best Christmas & Birthday present ever! here is her PDF FILE :) https://drive.google.com/file/d/1jjCRWUuR3PUJvm6z92uBfjhebcrUepNG/view?usp=sharingReview fromSam M

5 starsI had my eyebrows done by one of the Brow Babes back in July. I am so happy with the results. The shape only enhanced my natural look. I have more confidence than ever. I'm nearly 60 yrs old and and eyebrows are finally perfect. Services Tattoos Requested style I requested to keep my natural arch and thickness. It's perfect. Cleanliness This salon is spotless. There's something comforting about walking into a space designed for serenity and peace. I had a beautiful experience. Stylist The owner and her staff were kind and very respectful of my time. The owner has a personality I wish I could carry off. She's spunky, honest, and a rebel. I promise once you meet the team you'll be raving about their work as much as I am.Review fromLauren G

WARNING: STEER CLEAR OF BROW BABES!! I booked a consultation appointment with Charee, which is required. The consult lasted 5 minutes in which she drew brows on me and asked what I thought. She never discussed the method she would use or that there were different options to be considered. I was a bit annoyed, thinking this could have been done at the first appointment. Anyway, having nothing to compare this consult to, I assumed that was how it went. My first appointment was the most unprofessional, inappropriate experience I have ever been through. Charee is as rough as they come. She walked into the room stating she had just downed a Diet Coke and now she had to fart. She began to work on my brows, never explaining anything, and then proceeded to make a phone call and carried on a phone conversation during my entire appointment on speaker phone discussing the dating life of the person she was on the phone with and their plans for the evening. I walked out of there and was just stunned!' Two months later, my brows did look okay, so I went for my touch-up. This appointment was handled the same way. Her best friend was going through a breakup and Charee talked to her on speakerphone during the entire appointment. There were never any apologies. She did say that if I wanted to come for another touch-up, she would offer me a discount since she had had to deal with her friend's personal trauma during my appointment. I knew there was no way I would ever return to this business. My eyebrows did fade drastically, and finding someone to work on top of someone else's work is not easy to do. I did find someone though, and today I went to that appointment. Today's appointment couldn't have been more different. This technician actually did measurements and took time to map out my eyebrows correctly. She explained every step of the process. Brow Babes was a trainwreck and I can't believe there aren't more bad reviews. Completely unprofessional. The Brow Babes

HAHAHA there is so much nonsense in this complaint I’m not sure where to start, but I think the first place I’ll start is FACTS. Just so you know These videos are going to prove that you are a liar because we record ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING. (Ill drop a link below once they are merged together) ? 1. To say I’m "rough as they come" is delusional. I am literally light-handed and a lover girl who cares for my clients—if they are receptive. Which you weren’t. You were silent the entire time ? 2. To say I did not map your brows out or explain the process is DELUSIONAL. You came for a consultation on 5/8 where we went over EVERYTHING from start to finish. I have the same spiel for everyone and have used it consistently over the last 8 years. You came in, we talked about your goals, and I told you how this works: First, you’ll come in, and we will numb you for 30 minutes. Then, I will use a ruler to map out points on your face and draw the brow shape I think will suit you. Afterward, I will sit you up and make tweaks to the brow. Then we go to the mirror and work together because what you see vs. what I see are sometimes different. Once we both agree on the shape, we start. PER THE VIDEO—that is exactly what happened.? 3. “I just drank a Diet Coke and need to fart” - First off, I don’t even drink sodas. PER THE VIDEO, I actually said, “Ooh, I pounded a Red Bull; my belly hurts.” I don’t even fart in front of my son or significant other, let alone at work. That is DELUSIONAL.? 4. My friend did call and we did talk about our plans to go to PILATES. Dont forget we record everything. The conversation that was heard was between me and my office manager. ? 5. The only topic I heard in the first session from running the tapes back that someone might find uncomfortable was our discussion of LGBTQ+ rights, trans rights, and Black Lives Matter. If you are uncomfortable with basic human rights, THIS IS NOT the establishment for you.? 6. Yes, you are correct that right as you came in, I found out that my best friend’s BOYFRIEND had an ENTIRE FAMILY with a baby and another on the way. You are damn right we were on the phone—that was wild. But let’s not act like this was your first experience with us. You had been here twice, 5/8 and 5/25, so you know this is not how we normally conduct business.? 7. I did offer you a free touch-up because you had to listen to my best friend crying about being deceived by this man with an entire family. I’m baffled. Tell me you’re not a girls' girl without telling me you’re not a girls' girl.? 8. 99% of the reviews we receive talk about how everyone feels like family at our studio. It’s warm, it’s loving, and it’s calming. (I admit your touch-up appointment was probably not calming, and I tried to make that up by offering you a free color boost and $25 off your next session.) We are a tattoo shop, not a medical facility; we are not stuffy—we are a home. We have lives. EVERY DAY of my life is spent uplifting and empowering women I’ve never met. Women cry in my chair, and I love on them, my staff loves on them. They share their deepest secrets with me, and I welcome that with open arms. This is a safe space.? The word I am using for you is DELUSIONAL. Clearly, you don’t care for BLM, LGBTQ+ rights, or a woman helping her friend discover that her boyfriend was a con artist. She came into my studio and started crying. MY BEST FRIEND!! MY SISTER!!! ?? I cannot fathom writing a review 5 months later without even speaking to the owner about your experience. It sounds like you have no backbone. And you chose to hide behind a computer screen rather than reach out and give feedback on how we can do better. We gave you multiple chances with our follow-up emails to tell us about your experience. In our email, it states, “Before you leave us a negative review, please reach out and let me know what we could have done better so that I can work on it.” As a single mother who comes from a parent with an 8th-grade education, I may not always do the right thing, but I strive every day to make everyone who walks through that door feel warm and welcomed.? The videos I’m attaching will show that you are 100% a liar. We weren’t voted best establishment in the city two years in a row across multiple categories because “I’m as rough as they come.” And as for your brows lightening up, I guarantee you are using the wrong products because clients who use the right products have amazing retention. And then this part about saying getting someone to go over previous work is difficult is wild. Your brows were beautiful and maybe light. Any one will touch those up but of course you’re going to have to pay premium prices. It seems to me you were hearing uncomfortable conversations- and they made you feel some type of what. Here is what I say about that ..” Learn to speak up in the moment or Or get over it. trying to wreck a single mothers form of income over 1 touch up appointment that was a bit chaotic because her best friend was melting down. Thats Petty, Privilege Karen Behavior." Respectfully of courseReview fromS. C

WARNING Scam "ARTIST" This was my email to Char're after she charged me for a service I didn't authorize. After i learned that this "professional " uses "Fade" brand ink to make repeat clients, I refused to go back...she not only sent me unprofessional texts, she then texted I was going to be charged. Even laughed about it via text. Very rude. I have all of my texts and receipts from this scammed & was not charged through my creditcard upon dispute. Text to Char're : l I tried to give you a chance to be professional but, you charged me 3 times for subpar service that only required 2 payments. I have all of my statements & my credit card will not be charged. I know you use a "fade" ink that requires your clients to have to have multiple returns to your business in order for you to make your living by scaming people. I also know that from day 1 you were unprofessional, talking on your phone, talking about you IG content, even laughing about charging your clients bogus fees. I HEARD YOU. 2) I knew you were scaming the second appointment, which is why I never made a 3rd. Your texts were unprofessional when. I texted MULTIPLE TIMES about the immediate fading, with you acting annoyed & making an excuse everytime even though I had stated many times I was unhappy with your service. I was charged: May 29th $243.80 July 11th $174.90 and Sep $159 for a cancelation of an appointment I didn't not make. That's $577.70 From original $299 + $150 follow up. The 2nd was the 6 week follow up which came out worse than the 1st sitting, With fading worse than before. After your attitude with me via text that I was disappointed in the results. You blew me off and said" see you in September!!", at which point I felt you were rude & the service you had preformed twice was unacceptable. Hwer, you wanted to charge me for an appointment you made after having NO contact w/me since July with the only a generic "how to take care of your brows" weeks after. You should be ashamed. The Brow Babes

Let’s stick to the facts because feelings don’t get the job done. During your initial session, I worked hard to give you beautiful brows, even better than the ones you’ve drawn yourself. You asked for them darker than your natural roots suggested, which was the first concern. But after your appointment, you were happy enough to send a sweet note, so I thought we were good.
Fast forward to your touch-up: you came in with only 30% retention, which you admitted was due to not following proper aftercare. You went back to your regular skincare routine during the critical healing period, which technically voids our contract. Instead of charging you for a new set, I redid your brows and only asked for the $159 balance. I guess that’s what I get for being nice. In your contract, it states that anything less than 50% retention will be subject to a higher charge, and this was always part of our agreement.
Then, minutes after you left, I got a message about how "disappointed" you were. Let’s be real, your critique was about the color, not the shape or symmetry. I did the best I could in the 45-minute slot for a touch-up, ensuring you wouldn’t be charged more. Before you left, I told you that an additional session might be needed if you wanted a darker look, and we agreed on that. You booked another appointment, which should have required a booking fee since it was an annual color boost, but again, I let that slide because you’re a Brow Babe!
When you messaged on a holiday to cancel, my assistant asked if there was a reason, and you provided none. She even asked again to make sure you didn’t want to avoid a cancellation fee. And if my memory serves me correctly, your exact words to my assistant were, "The F you will," and quite frankly, I’m not going to allow anyone to speak to my staff that way. It’s also clearly stated in your contract. Over the six weeks, we reached out for an update and heard nothing until the cancellation request, where you then became upset about the fee. The agreement we made on July 10th was that I wouldn’t charge you full price for an additional touch-up if you came back, but we’ve also always been clear that you must follow all aftercare protocols— which, by your own admission, you didn’t.
We asked for photos of your healing process via text and email follow-ups so I could assess your progress, but you never sent any (those generic emails are there for a reason). Despite everything, I’ve been more than accommodating. When you had poor retention, I could’ve charged $212 but didn’t because of our arrangement.
Every time we’ve spoken, you’ve mentioned your husband’s 427k followers on YouTube, and it seems like you’re relying on his fame to get preferential treatment. Those followers are his, not yours, so you’re just like the rest of us, baby. It also seems like you’re using him and his followers as a threat, and I don’t deal with threats. You breached your contract multiple times, and you were charged accordingly.
Let this also be a reminder that what we do in the studio is 30%—the other 70% is up to you and how you choose to follow your aftercare instructions.

1 starI made appointment to get my eye brows done. There was a sale for $299.99. After everything is done I go back for my touch-up that didn't get done. She didn't think I needed it. I was charged her another amount. I ended up paying $564.00! She said they was$422.00. The sale was for $299.00. Why am I paying so much??
