5 starsChris Stromburg was amazing. He got us setup before our authority was active. Having factoring locked in and knowing we would get paid fast was a huge benefit. Every invoice has been paid and available in my account in under 24 hours. I would highly recommend Chris and the entire staff at QP to anyone!!

They are welcoming and really walk you through all the services they offer, If you're looking for that small town family feel with the dedication to you as an individual owner and your company this is it. 1 starPetty thieves best describes QP Capital. Held me hostage by filing on my UCC before we had a contract and had to give them $500 to release it when I decided to go with a different company. Had my suspicions when all 5 of their reviews were about how nice the people were and never mentioned doing business with them. here today, gone tomorrow.

Mr. *******, we apologize you are unsatisfied. We have also responded to your 1 star ********** review. 100% client satisfaction is our goal and it appears we came up short here. The $500 fee is our TONU (truck order not used). You had us set up your entire account, which unfortunately has a cost associated with it. We explained this to you before, during and after the onboarding process. Our monthly contract has a $0 buyout after you factor your first invoice. So if we aren't the best fit for your company, you can leave at any time with $0 in buyout fees incurred to you. All we ask is for the chance to show you how great we are. Unfortunately, we never received that chance. We wish you the best of luck, please feel free to reach out to us if you think of anything we could have done differently.Russsell Transport LLC

This is simply a lie and I have documentation to prove it. "IF the client wishes to terminate the UCC-1 financing statement without utilizing a factoring transaction a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the costs incurred by QP Capital as a result of applicant's withdrawal." This is from a copy of the application form you sent me once I was nice enough to explain that we had decided to use someone else. In my opinion, this borders on the line of holding one hostage. Who wants to do business with a company like that? Furthermore, I never authorized you to set up my account or move beyond the application process. I simply showed interest in factoring, and you assumed it was a definite prior to a contract. In fact, your salesman sent me the "Big List" of brokers stating that you don't usually send it before becoming a client. There is not just two sides of a story here but a blatant effort to obscure the facts with your comments.QP Capital LLC

Mr. R******, I believe your response outlines what we attempted to explain to you multiple times. It clearly says if you wish to terminate a UCC-1 without utilizing a factoring transaction a $500 fee will be assessed to cover costs. You signed for this and had it disclosed multiple times, then had us setup your account. Once again, this fee does not apply if you utilize just one factoring transaction, which you did not. If you are not satisfied on our month to month contracts after factoring just one load, there is a $0 buyout. This is exactly like a TONU (truck order not used), once again we wish you the best.
