    Great folks to work with. Absolutely no negatives I can post. Doug was great to work with for a recommendation converting our wood burning fireplace to gas.
    Jon installed and did a great job! He was on time and was very personable, good guy!

    I wholeheartedly recommend Grate Balls Afire. The service is outstanding from the first phone call to schedule to the completion of the job. I've used them for years at two different locations, and have never been disappointed in the service or the results, nor have I ever felt the charges were anything but reasonable. I also love that they're a locally owned company -- a quality product and local ownership. And as I write this review, I'm sitting in front of a newly cleaned, safe, and beautiful fire. It just doesn't get any better.

    I highly recommend Grate Balls Afire. The communication was great, they scheduled our day for service and then a week before that you receive a text with a 3 hour window. You also get a phone call 30 minutes before they arrive letting you know they are on their way. I had something come up the day before our appointment and wasn't going to be available the first hour of my window. I called and they were wonderful. They worked with my schedule instead of making me reschedule. Our technician was very helpful and kind, he also wore booties over his shoes to help keep our house clean which I always appreciate. Great company and people!

    I am excited to have found Great Balls Afire. They knocked the competition out of the park! It all started with Kelsey who answered the phone. She was very nice and super friendly. It was like I was talking to an old friend. Then I called a couple of times to confirm the appointment, and she was not at all frustrated with me. Many companies do not want to be bothered with you after making the appointment. They are very lucky to have Kelsey.
    Vicky was the service person. She now has the fireplace working better than it ever! I never had a lot of confidence in the other company that I had been using but I soon knew Vicky was very knowledgeable. She also fixed a safety mechanism that, evidently, the other company had disconnected or somehow made ineffective.
    I will use Great Balls Afire from now on and recommend them to anyone.
