    I paid ******** ***** the owner $2,921.71 with my credit card for ceramic tile work to be done. She was sent here by **** ***** ***********. I've been mislead by her on several issues on work previously done. She sent cheap carpet padding that did not match my current product and tried to say it was the same. I canceled tile and wood flooring work, so now she has not refunded my money. I paid her in good faith on November 30th. She tried to say the materials were special order. The materials are stock and no custom orders were made. I recommend caution using her business. I will not hire Floor Coverings International Metro Louisville ever again. I don't appreciate dishonesty.

    **** is a client brought to us by **** *****. He signed a contract to purchase product and have us do the labor. We were contracted to install new carpet, re-stretch existing carpet with new pad and install hardwood flooring. The contract **** signed via adobe esign states that all the material he purchased is special order. We order all our products from the manufacture or suppler. We ordered ******** hardwood, ******* and **** carpet. The pad **** originally had was a moisture barrier 8lb 1/2" thick pad. We supplied him with the same spec pad but from a different manufacture. **** was unhappy with it so I found something that visually was the same color and drove it to his home to be installed within 30 minutes of him calling with his concerns. So we took care of his concerns immediately and **** agreed the installation was done correctly.

    We attempted to schedule the hardwood install and tile install but **** said that he no longer wanted us in his home. I was very confused as I was under the impression we took care of his concerns immediately and it was simply a misunderstanding.

    We did complete all the carpet work for **** and when we spoke he said he was paying for that. I told him that the hardwood and tile was special order from the manufacture and I couldn't return it. He got angry with me and told me I was lying. I told him I would call **** ***** and speak with them because I no longer felt conformable speaking with ****. He had gotten rude with me and had previously made my staff feel uncomfortable with his behavior.

    We strive to make all our clients happy and saddened of how these events have unfolded. I am surprised by this complaint as I am actively working to resolve it with **** ***** and have had no contact with ****.
