      This company was supposed to install carpet that I purchased through Lowes. The beginning of June, we were told they would be here before 11 am. After taking off work, removing all items from room carpet was supposed to be installed, they did not show up. Shortly after 11, they called to say the carpet was damaged and the install was postponed until carpet could be redone. The company called and rescheduled for this morning with the same indications. At 10 am the installer called to say he was having vehicle issues, could we reschedule. My husband said no due to lost wages we have incurred. We were told we would receive a call back. We have tried to contact through every avenue possible. Emails and voicemails have been left for someone to contact us. This has cost us the original costs paid two months ago plus lost wages of $400 so far. This is a multi county company that surely has more then one installer. Why is one employees issues becoming our lost wages??
