    I am very unhappy with the employees that I’ve spoken with at Green Meadows. I have made several attempts to speak with the owner/manager. I have yet to receive a response. My son passed away over a year ago. His stone has been ready for over three months. Every time I have called Green Meadows to ask about the foundation being said I constantly get excuses from the employee I’ve spoken with. My son passed away over a year ago. His stone has been ready for over three months. Every time I have called Green Meadows to ask about the foundation being set I constantly get excuses. I’ve spoken with an employee that has been very rude and disrespectful, not only to me, but to my mother as well. One day I call, they say the foundation has not been set yet due to weather, another day, I call, they say the workers are not in, another day I call they say they are not sure when it is going to be done, another day I call they say it should be soon, another day I call I’ve been told I need to be patient, another day I call again and they say it’s due to inclement weather, another day I call, it’s the same excuse over and over, etc. I’ve called several times and left my information for the owner/manager to call me and I have never gotten a response back. This place is very unprofessional, and very disrespectful to the families that are grieving over their loved ones. If my son was not already buried at this cemetery, I would go someplace else. I am very unhappy and disappointed with Green Meadows Cemetery, I feel I should have a refund for what I have paid considering Green Meadows has not came through on their part.
