      The salesperson was not knowledgeable about pools at all. Promised once we paid it full in cash we would be set up by Memorial Day. He never set up a delivery for us. We ended up having to call to get it delivered. It is now being delayed to put in weeks after we were told it would be installed. The sales team is an absolute joke and the manager is clearly not on top of their team. Beyond frustrating dealing with the Louisville location.

      Buyers Beware! Our experience has been horrific!
      The pool itself is nice, but the installation was and is disastrous! Read the small print! We were a return customer after purchasing a pool 20+ years ago. That experience from start to finish was great! This time it has been a nightmare. I’m not sure if they did back then but now they contract out the installation. The survey was done before the pool was delivered and we were told they would probably have to dig a little over 12inches but never said we had to see that the dirt would be picked up and taken off. It’s in the small print and that cost us an additional $2,200. It ended up being 38 in and then we were told we could not use the dirt as backfill and would need a retaining wall! Beware, also in fine print and was not told, you cannot backfill more than 18 in or you lose your warranty. So much more to complain about not enough character remaining to explain. All in all the 9,000 dollar pool purchased is costing us an additional $7,200. I wish I could leave a pic of what they left me with. I still have mounds of dirt that I was told I could use for backfill and a mud pit for a back yard. Let me tell you who has recused us P******* *****, who came out same day to help me work the pump because I was left with no manual or a call back from Watsons and Terra Craft Outdoors who has worked diligently to come up with the most reasonable and cost effective plan to save us from this terrible ordeal by clearing the dirt, building a retainer wall and cleaning up the ruts and mud areas. So look elsewhere for your pool needs.

      I was on the BBB website to file a complaint for whatever reason it encouraged me to write a review. On June 13, 2024 I was scheduled a pool opening. When I scheduled the appointment I was told over the phone that the service included draining & removing the pool cover, hooking up the sand filter & adding the pool chemicals. We'll it took them more time to drain the pool cover than anything else they did which was NOTHING. They didn't add any chemicals or start my pump because they said my water was too low. At this point I'm furious because not only did they do absolutely NOTHING for over $200 but because the pump they were using was epic fail & they dumped all the dirty water & residue on the pool cover into my pool! When I called the store to address my complaint I was told they do not remove the water off the pool cover, if that's true then why did they do it?? I never asked them to, they just started when they got here. If that was not part of the service they should have never started & been on their way but instead they caused what would have been a minor pool cleaning a MAJOR one that cost me extra money & caused disappointment to my grandchildren because they couldn't get in the pool because it was filthy. The service was Hideous. I will NEVER use them again! I spent over $200 for service not only
      was Hideous but also pathetic! They took my hoses with them I had to call the company for them to bring back later that day. They tried to compensate with a case of chlorine that they left behind because I didn'tagree to purchase it after the poor service I just experienced & I will proceed to file my complaint by letter with pictures to BBB

      I paid for a pool liner on back order in 2021 with John Randolph. I was never contacted to hear that it had arrived in stock. When I finally called them to check on the status they said they had delivered it to me and the file was closed but that never happened. I feel they stole from me.

      We purchased a hot tub, cover, steps, and cover lift on 5/15/23 and were told that it would take about 3 weeks for delivery. After approximately one month we tried to get an update for the expected delivery. Our salesperson was "never there" and never returned our messages. After finally talking with him nearly 2 months after the initial order he assured us that he would try to get an update and call us back. We are still waiting on that call. The third-party delivery company called us a few days later to schedule the installation. The order was finally delivered on 7/26/23. We were delivered an incorrect and USED cover for our hot tub. The delivery person said that he would call it in but also recommended that we call as well. We called immediately and of course of salesperson "just left" so I spoke with a manager. That manager said that he would look into the problem and call me the next day. I am still waiting on that call as well. We have tried to get a resolution via phone and e-mail.
      We will NEVER buy anything from Watson's again.

      We were in the market for a new hot tub and visited a number of showrooms. Our experience at Watson's was the best. After allowing us all the time we wanted to view our options, Calvin was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions. We were able to find exactly what we were looking for at a very affordable price.

      Horrible experience. Very poor communication. My wife and I were told at the time of signing contract we could decide if we were going to pay cash for the pool or finance. Our material has been sitting in my yard now for 4 weeks and 4 days. After getting contract out over the weekend and re reading it we seen it said we had to pay cash at the time of delivery. Not what salesman told us. Also the wrong material was sent on site and now they want full payment for the pool since we are paying cash. Who pays in full for something not put in. Never again will we use Watson’s!!!

      First off we want to thank you for your business. We are sorry for any miscommunication on our part.
      I do see you did apply for financing and was approved but we canceled the financing due to you wanting to pay by cash/check. It is are normal practice and in all retail to have all product paid before delivery.
      On the invoice for the purchase of your pool it should have given you a time frame for the installation of your pool from the date of delivery. Again we are sorry for any miscommunication on our part.

      Great customer service. Only negative was their Sunbrella inventory on some umbrellas is very low, and there will be no more available until NEXT Spring. We did not get the color we preferred because of that.
