    Outstanding! I called at 11:30 AM with a broken door spring. The technicians arrive at my house before noon and the job was finished by 1 PM.

    Chris, the technician, was at my house within an hour of my call to Lewis to get an appointment. Both the office and Chris kept me up to date on the arrival time.
    Chris took care of the garage door service and even took the time to walk me through the MyQ app setup and use. Would definitely use Lewis Door Service again.

    I am very pleased with Lewis Door Service and their technician Josh. He arrived during the designated time period and was highly professional, providing an assessment of the problem and three options to resolve. I hope I never need to use Lewis again but, if I do have an issue with my garage doors, I will not hesitate contacting them. Recommend them without hesitation.
