    On 5-7-24 paid 1135.00 down to get gutters and guards installed. On May 29th they came and did the install and I paid an additional 1135.00. Had an issue with the new guards due to a manufacturer issue. They removed the guards and refunded the money of 350.00 for them. We continued to have issues with the new gutters leaking and water running out the miters and over and behind the gutters. Contacted ******* who claimed to be the general manager. He agreed to replace the 2 gutters on the rear of the house caulk all the additional holes left from the removal of the gutter guards repair the downspout extension that was broken during the original install and reinstall correctly our old gutter guards. They sent a crew out and replaced one of the 2 gutters on the rear of the house. The crew left a huge mess, they weren't going to caulk the holes and when I asked about it they went to check and another member of the crew caulked the corner seam. They then removed that gutter to caulk under it and reinstalled without recaulking it. The second gutter on the rear was never touched, the downspout extension wasn't repaired. I tried to contact the business on multiple occasions with no response to text messages, phone calls or emails. Finally had Wes answer the phone and as soon as I identified myself the phone disconnected. Tried calling back it went straight to voicemail. I then emailed ****** ***** requesting either they fix the issues ASAP or refund the money I paid with no response.
