    I had used this business several years ago and was very satisfied with their promptness and workmanship. Something has changed with their customer service. I reached out to Louisville Handyman in October for some common home repairs, even sent pictures on October 6. I was told that Brian would contact me the next week to take a look and give me an estimate. I never heard back from the lady that I had spoken with originally or from Brian.
    I received an email advertising their services on November 22, so I responded with an email. My email prompted a phone call from the lady I had spoken with. She was apologetic and said I had fallen through the crack. As I told her, I don’t think she is the only one who dropped the ball! Apologies are fine but keeping me waiting for 7 weeks is not! She wanted to know if I wanted her to move forward and get me on the schedule for Brian to come out. Once you show me who you are, I believe you! Time for me to look elsewhere. Dumb me, I thought this was a reputable company.

    We work hard each day to take great care of our customers. We did fail to follow up with this customer after she submitted pictures. Once the customer contacted us a second time, we called and apologized for our mistake and offered to turn around her estimate quickly. Our company wants to satisfy every customer but I’m not sure what else we could do in thus situation as we are human and mistakes do occasionally happen.
