  No help from Humana , my first year part d coverage. Thay have paid for nothing. It's August 1, can't wait for involvement, I can't carry a do nothing insurance company

  Before I signed up for Humana Gold Plus HMO, I asked the Broker, Humana representative by phone, and the doctors office and all three said yes they take it. In addition Humana sent my card with my Primary Care Physician's name listed on the Back of the Card. But when I went in to have blood drawn for my Dr's visit , I was told no the office does not accept the plan that I have. Which I have an HMO and they only take the PPO.
  I ended up paying the cash price for my lab draws. I called Humana and spoke with a representative that said they do not reimburse in this case, I did not meet criteria for changing to a different plan. So now I have a health plan that I cannot use. So unfair to ANY Consumer!!!!!

  Beware: I have an inoperable tumor in my spine and Humana refuses to allow me to fill my non-opioid medication for this constant pain. Humana has previously approved this medication for the last 7 years and they now want me to take large doses of an opioid pain medication because it costs them less. They want me in constant pain so they can save money, they have no concern for my health or quality of life. I think they figure that if I am in constant pain I may commit suicide so they can ultimately benefit from my death and save more money. Do not enroll in Humana insurance plans!

  12/05/2022. I had a Test performed to see why my Blood Pressure was so high. I received a bill from the hospital saying that I owe $150.00 while Humana only had to pay around $40.00. Seems that Humana nickled & Dimed the hospital down to where Humana (A Million Dollar A Day Business) only had to pay around $40.00 as to where I who is on Social Security Disability & can barely feed myself have to come up with $150.00 of which I don't have. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible Customer Service. The bad thing about this situation is that nearly all Health Insurance Companies is just like Humana. Profits over their Customers. Thank you.

  HUMANA DOES NOT PAY CLAIMS. THEY HAVE HIRED OVERSEAS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS WHO BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH AND TELL YOU THE SAME THING WORD FOR WORD, SCRIPTED EVERY TIME. AMERICANS NEED TO ASK THEMSELVES THIS. THE RISE IN OUR PREMIUMS AND OUT OF POCKET EXPENSE GO UP EVERY YEAR. THEY BLAME IT ON HEALTHCARE COSTS. BUT THE PROVIDERS AND MEDICAL CENTERS TAKE A REDUCTION IN REIMBURSEMENT EVERY YEAR. BUT ALL INSURANCE COMPANIES ARE REPORTING YEARLY PROFITS IN THE BILLIONS. CUT AND DRY CORP GREED. 25 iNSURANCE COMPANIES ARE IN THE TOP 100 BUSINESSES ON THE FORTUNE 500 LIST. IT IS A SHAME THAT NO ONE IS COMING DOWN ON THIS ISSUE. NO ONE IN GOVERNMENT CARES PROBABLY BECAUSE THEY ARE SHAREHOLDERS OF THESE COMPANIES. IDK.

  been passing blood in my urine for 4 mouths. ct scan lobulated-plaque in bladder wall and it is
  obstruction ureterectasis hydronephrosis of kidney. can't get a urologs or needed surgery.after 150 phone calls . humana will not do anything if you get humana i wish you lock
