      Based on information given to us by the Aireserv employee, we gave a deposit to install some equipment in our furnace to treat mold and mildew issues. We then obtained other inspections and quotes and found there were no problems with our furnace. We immediately called AireServ and cancelled our order and requested a full refund. We have been waiting for multiple weeks and made numerous phone calls about this issue. They keep telling us the check is on the way but has gotten lost in the mail. Sometimes, we cannot even reach them. This is quite frustrating because we are not getting the help we need or any answers.
