I bought a mini split from Prudential, July 2021. It quit working January 2, 2025. They have been replacing parts for 2 1/2 months and it still doesn't work. We have had the coldest winter in decades, and they don't care. There commercials about making sure their customers are taken care of, are a joke. I think they have some responsibility in either fixing the unit or replacing it with another one. The service person says its Fujitsu's responsibility, and I say, Prudential sold me the unit, they need to work with Fujitsu, I don't think they are doing that. I asked for a contact at Fujitsu, and Prudential did not respond. I spoke with a supervisor and there was no response from that conversation either. I think Prudential is a joke.

We certainly appreciate your patience and I'm glad we were able to get the parts from Fujitsu (finally). The delay in getting these parts was extreme due to supply chain issues outside of our control, but it appears that your system is now working properly. We are not happy with Prudential Heating & Air Conditioning, they install our heating and air conditioning in our home and were the last contractors on the job sight. They left a huge hole in our ceiling where the pipe went into the attic and did not have the courtesy to tell us it hole had to be fixed before the city inspector would sign off on the build. The result, weeks of delay until a drywall wall person could be contracted to fix the problem. They created the problem and should have fixed it!!!Prudential Heating & Air Conditioning Company

Mr. M******, we have reviewed your comments and would like to respond respectively . Our HVAC and duct work system was installed fully prior to the drywall installation on the ceiling. The drywall installer did not run the drywall all of the way to our duct work. You can see where there is mud on our furnace vent where the drywall and mud were put up after our materials were already installed. Our team did not cut or make any holes in the drywall as it was not yet installed when our work was complete.
