I had my front porch railings and posts replaced in August and by May the railing had started to separate. I contacted *** (the brother of the owner and head of the project) and sent him pictures and told him that the railings had not been screwed in and were hanging on by plastic clips. He told me that he had ordered parts for fixing and will send someone over once the parts come in. He stopped answering my phone calls and text messages. I then started talking to the owner ***** in October and sent him the texted messages and pictures that I had sent **** ***** has been telling me that he will get to fixing it and I let it go for couple of weeks and call him back and he gives me the same response that he will get someone over to fix it. I believe that I have been more than patient and would like for Home run improvement to come and finish the job that was not done completely. We spent $5100 on the project and need help. We are being taken advantage of. I have uploaded pictures of the railing where you can see the separation from the poles. The phone number for ***** ** *** *** ****. The phone number for *** is *** *** *****

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I talked to ***** of Homerun Improvement on December 18 and he had sent a employee over to look at the front porch railings and said that he would have to order parts for the repair.  I have not heard or received a text from him since.

A craftsman was sent over to the homeowners house to access the situation of the railing. Evidently someone has damaged the railing and the connector pieces after original installation was made on job. Additional brackets have been placed on order and we are awaiting for the materials to come in so we can go back and fix the damaged that was done after original install. Today I will call and check up on the delivery of additional brackets. Thank You!

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. The damage referenced in the response from Homerun Improvements were not done by the home owners.

    Regards,
