    My surgery was done by Dr. **** who was located in Dr. Charickers office. I developed a staph infection shortly after my surgery and was told they would make it right and take good care of me ,instead I got nothing but horrible care. The infection was literally eating my skin & I got sent home. It was only after my personal doctor looked at it and I called them back that they changed my medicine. They even told me they wouldn't fill my pain pills and that I should just get over it. I always wondered why the waiting room was empty and now I know. I returned back to Dr. Charicker and was told they couldn't help me and insurance would not pay for their mistake that they caused. I still have severe nerve damage, knots that they said would go away and terrible scars everywhere and it will soon be two years post surgery. I called and their surgical nurse told me that if I would quit talking she would help me. They blamed this behavior on Dr. Rapp's nurse who was the sweetest. I recognized the nurses rapsy voice who told me this. All in all a HORRIBLE experience with no personal service to speak of it was the absolute WORST I have ever experienced in my 58 years of customer service. This company is an ABSOLUTE JOKE, RUN AND RUN FAST from them. The unempathetic demeanor was unexcusable. Now I am scarred beyond belief with no help from them to fix the issues so I deal with the pain on a daily basis from this surgery. I was 12 weeks getting through what was to be a two week process. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY SURGERY, THEIR SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE!!! Doctors like this should not be allowed to practice medicine! I give them a -10 out of 10, completely unprofessional, uncaring, very dissappointing!
