      **** ******* of Southside Equipment Inc. took 6 weeks to do a job he quoted at 8 hours. Did the job wrong doing more than I asked by phone and email and putting the wrong equipment on the powerwashing trailer. Then took 2 weeks to remove the wrong equipment and make the trailer available to pick up. Then lost or stole parts I left there for installation and has not returned my emails. ** ******* has a list of all the parts that were not returned and has only returned some of them. 2 of the items 1/4" uniseals returned to me were the wrong size. They were not left by me there showing all parts left with him were stolen or lost. He had to purchase the returned parts somewhere getting the wrong size on 2 of them. I sent him pictures of how the parts was too small but no answer.

      Other parts include mixer parts for for a mixer or "proportioner".
      2 connectors that were removed from my reels allowing the hoses to connect.
      The ball valve at the end of the power washing hose

      Other factors:

      I spent over $10,000 the previous summer for this trailer from him.
      This job was to make a soft wash mixing solution available with 3 tanks going thru a mixer with parts I provided.

      When I dropped the trailer off I was told I was the next customer in line.
      I made repeated phone calls during the 6 week installation period being told I'd get a call back but never did.
      When I picked up the trailer I said for all the delay I should not have to pay for the powerwasher pump repair but that was denied and I was told to pay and never come back!
      I was told by Mrs **** ******* when paying the bill that all missing parts would be returned or I'd get paid back for.
      ** ******* decided I didnt drop off soft wash mixing parts and has not returned my emails about the reel parts and ball valve. He somehow picked and chose what to return and what not to return.

      If a list of exact parts is needed they can be furnished though ** ******* has them.

      Please help me recover my parts and protect others from falling victim to Southside Equipment, Inc. by issuing a warning and lowering their BBB rating as low as possible. Certainly others should take pictures of all their equipment and parts before dropping them off there.
