    Alma’s cleaning services has cleaned my home at least 7 times with no issues. Today 5/3/24 my table has been scuffed as well as my tile floor has been chipped in my kitchen. When I asked them about it they were very defensive and denied that anything happened. I brought it to their attention about the table and I had just taken a photo of the entire table the week prior so I had proof. I also have a photo of the tile from previously and it did not have a chip in it.

    The chip on the floor was not caused by my team. There has been ongoing construction and we explained to the client that  tile is made out of concrete which is super durable compared to other materials. Which indicates that it’s really rare for a vacuum to have chipped the tile. We mentioned that it probably issue could have been due to the installation of the tile. We offered to have an expert to come out and investigate the small chip, but scheduling with the client wasn’t possible. 

    We insure to be extra careful when cleaning around sensitive surfaces to avoid damaging them.  With 10 years of experience our goal is to always enhance the space, never to damage. We are more than aware how valuable our clients homes are. We do think the accusations are unfair.


    The estimate was set for $180 plus 6% tax . Rather it be cash or through an online payment. Unfortunately that wasnt met from the client which then added to a balance of $10 after each clean. We showed her the text message and stated it will be paid next time. 

    Over all our experience with this client hasn’t been positive since after the first service. Client then said that she wasn’t okay with more than 4 people cleaning her home. It was communicated its not possible due to schedule but we would try to accommodate. No promises we were given  but we also explained to her that our cleaning crews are of 5 people max. We continued to work with her as she was a new client.

    We only have been transparent and honest. Almas service did not create any damages. (Below are attachments of said damages that were sent from ******
