    Ordered 2 rifle magazines that came defective. Reached out to have them swapped and return the two defective ones or a refund while returning the magazines to be answered with a rude email and lack of understanding. They have a ridiculous policy that they have to be brand new to return meanwhile there is NO way to test them until you load rounds into the magazines. One was dented and both had issues so that the spring and block wouldn’t push up with tension making them useless.

    All I wanted was a swap or refund with the old ones returned but they didn’t bother helping. I picked them up 10/01/24 and emailed them 10/01/24 to request this!

    I tried to respond online, but you, *****, closed the complaint and we did not have time to file an answer, in your time frame.

    The customer purchased 2 magazines from us. 10 days later, he purchased 2 more of the same magazines from us. About a week later he contacted us and wished to return 2 of the magazines. I emailed him back and told him that as long as he returned the magazines in the same condition, as sold to him, no problem with the return. He emailed us a couple of pics of the magazines, after he used the magazines and the 2 magazines were totally abused and destroyed - completely useless. We have sold over 100 of these same magazines, this year, with no returns to us. In the last 2 weeks, this same customer has done a charge-back on his credit card ($74.62x2) and now the customer has the magazines and we have no magazines and no payment.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    your magazines weren’t manufactured correctly and arrived damaged. They’re in the trash now and I got my refund processed  after I had to do the work calling my credit card company to dispute this. They are selling trash. Thankfully the rifle manufacturers make real quality magazines. His reviews say it all selling bad ammo and magazines. When they were compared to the *********** magazines I purchased you can see the poor quality of craftsman ship this individuals magazines had. Rounds falling out springs and blocks jamming. Horrible company and a waste of my valuable time. People out there have defective magazines and don’t even know it yet because of this guy
