    I didn't have no air all summer doesn't work there's cockroaches galore the crows on me when I'm sleeping at night and there's one a ceiling in the bathroom leaking the ceiling in the kitchen sleeping the window front window behind my entertainment center it's been leaking water and it's still dry balls right now perfect and this is not suitable to nobody to live in the health department is already been there and made a report and I thought that I would make a report with you all

    The cockroaches is because of the tenant's house keeping. Back in February we sent s notice to her letting her know and asking her to please clean up. Her unit smells like dog urine because of her dog, which is one of the biggest reasons her unit would not pass a section 8 inspection.

    On July 11 I signed a rental lease with Summerfield properties. I was told everything was done the house was moved in ready and all repairs were done. On July 14 I moved in and was shocked that nothing had been done. Gutters falling apart hole in the roof where a vent goes. Kitchen counter has a finish on it that is used on garage floors, dish washer doesn't work and leaks and has water in it. Sink leaks and cabinets falling apart, bathroom vanity cabinet falling apart. Missing light switches and wall plugs were live wires hanging out. Light fixtures hanging from ceiling by live wires, front and back door knobs broken, missing window screens, interior painting was done very badly. Paint everywhere and not done right at all. Electrician was sent over to fix the electrical problems and all was fixed except for the ceiling lights in the living room. Maintenance showed up once and was sitting out in his truck doing drugs. I called them several times and emailed several times with no reply at all. They also paid off the Section inspectors to pass the house inspection. That is definitely obvious.

    I moved in on in June of 2023 I have put numerous maintenance request I have text and called numerous times to get stuff fixed in my apartment they just ignore me because I paid a whole year's rent up front I am with no power in my house because my breaker box blew and they refuse to come and fix it I have no AC which code enforcement told me that AC is not a necessity in Kentucky which is fine I went ahead and bought my own window units but now I have no electricity in my apartment because the breaker box is blown.
