    Agent refuses to take calls or return calls. This prevents me from canceling service with insurance companies that only deal with agents. I am being charged for services I don't want. Multiple calls going unanswered.

    I spoke to ****** his account manager and also spoke to ******* his agent. They both spoke to the *** ********* and when they explained to him that they could not add his spouse as a driver since she was still in Russia and not licensed in KY he decided to take his personal business to another company. ****** help get his policies cancelled and any returned premium was sent to the insured from the insurance carrier. He can not be to mad because he still has his dump truck with us for his farm. ****** has talked to him since this complaint was filed and he seemed happy and no issues. Not sure what else we can do at this point.

    I am rejecting for the following reason:

    First, my wife is not from Russia and my complaint centers on not being able to make changes, contact anyone, or get a policy cancelled. Agent will not return calls or take action. I could not engage then on adding vehicles, drivers or moving a policy to another company. This response shows how little they pay attention or reapond to clients, but not even referencing the issue at hand. If they answered you in less than a week, I wouldn't be fighting with ****** and LM to get money back.
