I am confident that your rep thoroughly researched the competition to get me the best deal. He was successful the point of reducing the premium of my last policy by some $1,200. He impressed me with his knowledge and I have confidence that his recommendations provided coverage on home, auto and umbrella policies comparable, if not more than, my former coverage. Very satisfied.
