    The owner Nate is a fraud. I purchased a custom charm and chain from All Gold Customs at the price Nate told me. He was paid in full on that price and after almost 3 months later my piece is done and I go to pick it up. Once I get home three diamonds had already fallen out the charm. (This is the same day as pick up) I gave Nate a call to let him know and he had no issues with fixing the piece and to bring it back since we were still waiting on my "certification paperwork" for the Certified VS stones I paid for at the price he told me. After months of being told by Nate and several workers my paperwork is coming I was advised by some assistant that I need to pay for the missing stones that were already in the same box All Gold Customs gave me when I returned the piece to him and made it clear that the stones were in the bottom of the box. Not only was that suspicious, because several months after that while All Gold Customs is still claiming to be fixing my charm Nate sends me a message stating my Certified paperwork is going to be an extra $66k after I was previously charged an extra $8K for the certified VS stones in the beginning transaction. And to top it off, let me not forget the fake appraisal paperwork All Gold Customs gave me at the beginning stating it was supposed to be the "Certification Paperwork" for my certified VS stones. The whole company is a fraud. I suggest anyone that goes there thinking they are buying real diamonds go get your jewelry appraised soon as you leave that place.
